- Take 500 gms chicken mince or boneless chicken, add 5 garlic cloves,1 green chilli, 2 to 3 stalks of spring onion,1egg,1 tbsp soya sauce,1/4 tsp crushed black pepper,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/4 cup bread crumbs,1/4 cup parmesan cheese and salt grind it all together, marinate for about 2 hours!

- Grease hands with little oil,make small balls of it and deep fry till golden in colour,once ready keep aside!
